I've retaken up knitting...don't ask me why but suddenly I've had this "urge" to knit...my fingers have been itching to hold knitting needles after having stopped knitting almost 18 years ago...This time I want to make shawls...not big heavy ones...but fine lacy ones...lace so fine that the yarns look and feels like gossamer and slightest breeze make them flutter...alas..though at the moment all I have is Lion Brand Jiffy yarn (chunky weight) so that will have to do for the moment...so I am going to start out with making a stole out of the Jiffy in a feather and fan pattern.
